About Traci Sutton, LCSW

I am a licensed clinical social worker who understands both personally and professionally, the power of therapy. I am fascinated by what shapes us to be who we are and who we aspire to be. I am here to support and to guide you to better understand yourself, your wounds and your patterns in order for you to live an authentic, full life. With empathetic, compassionate listening, care and humor, I create a safe space for you to process challenging life events. I work with adults and seniors, drawing on many years of experience as a social worker. My goal is to empower you to look deeply into your emotional roadblocks with self-compassion.

I am truly inspired by those who seek change and allow themselves to embrace vulnerability. I am a mindfulness, meditation practitioner which is woven into my practice. I have an integrative, holistic approach which is trauma-informed and incorporates evidence-based practices. I am trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy and attachment-based therapy. I am committed to you thriving in all aspects of your life.
